black rhizomorphs

We found a similar mushroom growing on oak leaves with black rhizomorphs at the base of the stem. I don’t think it is rotula, given the shape of the cap. But I have found nothing so far describing black rhizomorphs.

Marasmius capillaris or M. rotula.

Look at the gill attachment, it has a collar around the stipe
