Notes:
A small to medium shelf fungus found on the trunk of a living Chinese chestnut tree. The upper surface is convex and wraps around the edge of the under surface. Underside covered with white pores. A cross section shows a very thin tube layer, very thick flesh with brown, white and gray color zones.
