Collection location: Norcross, Georgia, USA [Click for map]

Who: Jimmy Craine (doctorghosty)

No specimen available

Notes:
Caps were kind of gummy and not so easy to tear when I first noticed and shot the mushrooms last night. By this afternoon the caps were brittle and it was kind of tough to pull from stipe from out of the black wood chips on which they were growing. No annulus. Growing in suburban garden, within 50 ft of the Chattahoochee River, watered regularly. The biggest ones are smaller than a dime. Gills look kind of white/yellowish, but they’re really dry so already it’s hard to tell.
