Notes:
group of 3 small mushrooms from one base growing on piece of rotting fir. Caps drab brown, gills adnexed, tan, stipe hollow, beige. Spore print reddish brown. Strong odor.

Red-brown spore print?

I was going to say these might Psathyrella, but they should have a black spore print. But you know, you sited the last obs. with black spore print, and they look like corts, and should have a rusty brown spore print. Is there a chance you switched the spore colors here?
