Notes:
Fruiting from a fallen Douglas fir- this conk is a major destroyer(Saprophyte and parasite) of Douglas fir and Hemlock trees in the pacific Northwest. “pinicola” literally means inhabiting pines.
Temp: upper 70’s sunny-clear.
