Found on two nearby rocks used as a decoration for a fountain, I’m not completely sure they are the same and the first specimen has apothecia that I couldn’t see with the naked eye.

But no idea what it may be! I know so little about tropical crusts. You’re right, I wonder if those pimply black-tipped bumps are perithecia or pycnidia?
