Found at 10,000 ft. elevation in spruce/aspen mix with some ponderosa pines, in a large crack in a downed tree filled with dirt. I think its x. subtomentosus due to: couldn’t get it to bruise(if so extremly slowly), no red at all on stipe, light redish fade on velvety pileus, yellow base plus mycelium, mild taste. Pores seem to be the right color but tight for x. subtomentosus.
