Observation 7741: Clavulina J. Schröt.

I have not been able to identify this littlle Clavia \Ramaria . The tips have a pecular habit in that they appear to be twisting at the tops. It would appear that the immature stems are a translucent green, then changing to yellow as they extend. The unfurling tips are colourless in this image. There appears to be some hair or white scale on parts of the stem.
The fungi was about 15-20mmm in height.
