When: 2011-09-25

Collection location: Serra de São Mamede, Portugal [Click for map]

Who: zaca

No specimen available

Once I found a species of Degelia (see MO). In spite of the differences between specimens of the two observations, the radiating lobes immediately reminded me that previous observation. The microscopy reveled that I was in the right direction and, in fact, the features observed match very well with those of Degelia plumbea.
Average dimensions of spores: Me = 17.8 × 6.2 µm ; Qe = 2.9 (N=33).
