I immediately thought, “galerina.” But look at the small one… clearly a young specimen, and no sign of a ring/veil. The stem on the young one also looks wrong for galerina. I took spore print on each specimen in the collection. So it wasn’t a renegade specimen invading a galerina collection.

Print color matches Gymnopilus (as well as galerina). These seem a bit small and thin for a Gymnopilus species… at least ones which I have encountered/IDed. I’ll check spore size/shape info on some Gym species.
