Some on bark, some on lichen…

I was trying to photograph the lichen first, but then noticed these tiny fungus growing seemingly out of the lichen’s body. I looked around and found more, growing on bark. So the ones with lichen probably just grow intermixed with the latter rather than on it. I tried to preserve the specimen, but most of them popped either on contact or during transportation, leaving cracked shells with black powdery stuff inside. Few of the bodies survived, though, and look about the same as they did two months ago when fresh.
