Can’t tell the color of these in the photo, they could almost be psathyrella, or even mycena.
I find I get better color on the photo if the mushroom is posed on white background. I usually use really white backgrounds, like printer paper with high brightness value, and then use 3-4 sheets so the table color doesn’t show through.
Then the digital camera white balance can pick up on the white to color correct for the light.
Then you just have to remember to use spot metering on the shot, so the light level is set for the mushroom, not the bright white background.
