Notes:
These little silvery-white mushrooms were growing from the almost imperceptible remains of thoroughly rotten stump.

There appears to be some brown dust on the stem in the second photo.

If these smelled like anise they’d definitely be Clitocybe odora var. odora. Otherwise, they could be a different species.
