Only Caloplaca has orange leprose species with strong K+ wine/red reaction. Although, be careful not to confuse the weaker K+ reddish reaction of calycin in Candelariella spp., some of which can also be leprose. But those are distinctly yellow (and UV+ yellow), not this color.
