This is a taxon correct.

Coprinellus xanthothrix (Romagn.) Vilgalys, Hopple & Jacq. Johnson, in Redhead, Vilgalys, Moncalvo, Johnson & Hopple, Taxon 50(1): 235 (2001)

is C. xanthotrix a nom. prov.?

Ok, Coprinellus sp.

In the picture I see traces of soft Domestici secicion type. Could be …. but xanthotrix Coprinellus look good ..
