Can someone tell me the difference between Trametes gibbosa and Trametes elegans?

I’ve been asking myself whether it’s one or another every time I encounter one of these – they’re pretty common around here. Trametes gibbosa was originally supposed to be an European species, but then there were multiple reports from down south, except nobody was mentioning how to tell them apart from the other species. I suppose chemical composition is different, but I want ot know if I can distinguish them without TLC or something like that.
