When: 2005-10-31

Collection location: Mount Pisgah Arboretum, Lane Co., Oregon, USA [Click for map]

Who: Daniel B. Wheeler (Tuberale)

No specimen available

Specimen observed at the 2005 Mt. Pisquah Arborteum Mushroom Show, Lane Co., OR. Many of these fungi were collected and identified by professional mycologists. While it is identified as Cantharellus infundibuiformis, the name has now been deprecated to Craterellus tubaeformis. I just call it Yellow Foot or Winter chanterelle.
