Actually, I see at least four species of Cladonia in this photo! The cups in the center are probably in the Cl. chlorophaea group, the ones with red apothecia could be Cl. macilenta, the tall spindles are almost certainly Cl. cornuta, and the branched ones with little brown-black pycnidia at the tips are… not clear enough to be sure… possibly Cladina not Cladonia.
