I often wondered where this would show up at. I have read about it in Hot to know the Non-Gilled Fungi, but never seen it before nor had it reported at NATS. BTW, if you find it again, the North American Truffling Society would love to have a voucher collection of it. Dry the specimens, and send them to: Dr. James Trappe, c/o Forestry Sciences Lab, 3200 Jefferson Way, Corvallis, OR.
