This belongs to the Geoglossaceae family.

If some hairs exist in the fertile part, which seems to be the case from the photo, than they belong to the genus Trichoglossum. If not, then they belong to the genus Geoglossum. I think that the other genus in the family, Microglossum, is out of question in this case.
