They are different I went back this morning the lower images look like Tylopilus badiceps.

two different species that were growning next to each other. I wouldn’t call the one in the last two pics T. ferrugineus. Compare the texture of the cap between the two!

The mushroom in the last two pics appears to be a different different species, which may not be in genus Tylopilus…
