the cap ornamentation looks a bit like both canarii and platensis but the stipe doesn’t appear red enough to be canarii.

there are some similarities to the platensis description (grayish ornamentation at stipe base) and differences (adnate gills with a decurrent tooth, radially rugulose cap), according to a 2008 Peterson paper.

I dunno. anybody have the Peterson Oudemansiella book?
