HABITAT mixed forest high on north side of mountain; SUBSTRATE Betula bark; ASPECT partly sunny; NOTES small well-branched loose flat lobes, brown maculate epruinose tips, long branched cilia and rhizines obvious from above, cortex flaking off as schizidia, no soredia or pustules present, K-, C~o, KC+o intense.
